Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Selvian LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

        Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

        Carrier delays.

        Customs processing.

        Weather events or other external disruptions.

 

1. Domestic and International Shipping

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Delivery times may vary based on location, logistics availability, and customs processing requirements.

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout.

 

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

3. Inventory and Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and local transportation conditions. During special launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, Selvian LLC reserves the right to extend estimated delivery windows to ensure all orders are properly fulfilled.

 

4. International Customs and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Selvian LLC is not responsible for delays caused by international customs authorities.

 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Selvian LLC is not liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect address information. Once an order has been processed, modifications to the delivery address cannot be made.
