2. Logistics and Care

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives with any aesthetic or functional defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Selvian Care LLC will prioritize a replacement at no cost to you.
• Return Process: To initiate a request, please email support@selvian.com with your Order ID. For voluntary returns, the client handles the shipping logistics to our facilities.
